National Management Degree College and Ambarrukmo Tourism Institute (STIPRAM) held a virtual signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 9 th March , 2022 Dr. Ni Lar Myint Htoo, Principal of National Management Degree College, Dr. San San Myint , Professor and Head of Tourism Department on Myanmar side and Dr. Suhendroyono, President of Ambarrukmo Tourism Institue (STIPRAM) and Dr. Dra. Damiasih , Vice President of School of Ambarrukmo Tourism Institue (STIPRAM) on Indonesia side signed MOU.
The signing of this MOU aims to reach an accord on the following areas of cooperation: exchange of students and faculty members, research seminars and conferences and research paper publication that both parties can strengthen internationalization of quality higher education and applied research, and facilitate scholar, faculty and student exchanges in fields of mutual interests. In addition, cooperation will facilitate the development of capacity and capability of between National Management Degree College and Ambarrukmo Tourism Institute (STIPRAM) Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The virtual signing ceremony was held on Zoom online meeting. Dr. Ni Lar Myint Htoo, Principal of National Management Degree College first gave a welcome speech, and Dr. Suhendroyono, President of Ambarrukmo Tourism Institue (STIPRAM) offered brief remark. After the two sides introduced the faculty members who participated in the virtual signing ceremony, Principal Dr. Ni Lar Myint Htoo, Dr. San San Myint from National Management Degree College and from Dr. Suhendroyono, President of Ambarrukmo Tourism Institue (STIPRAM) Yogyakarta, Indonesia , signed the MOU. After the signing MOU, the two sides exchanged the souvenirs.
National Management Degree College and Ambarrukmo Tourism Institute (STIPRAM) held a cultural exchange tour ceremony virtually on 29 June 2022 Under the leadership of Dr. Ni Lar Myint Htoo, Principal of National Management Degree College and Dr. San San Myint , Professor and Head of Tourism Department, sixteen students of National Management Degree College and 9 students from STIPRAM participated. Each side grouped into 3 teams and made a brief discussion for 20 minutes about famous destinations. This virtual tour presentation served a good experience for students moving through the real places without actual travelling and it can also strengthen the friendship between two universities by exchanging the knowledges. Dr. Ni Lar Myint Htoo, Principal of National Management Degree College first gave a welcome speech, and Dr. Suhendroyono, President of Ambarrukmo Tourism Institute (STIPRAM) offered brief remark. After the students’ presentation, took group photos together. In summary, this ceremony could rise an much more interest from both side of the students innovatively and excitedly.
